The Asset Management Division is a team of real estate professionals, specializing in all facets of the listing, marketing and sale of bank owned (REO) property in the Eastern Massachusetts area. With the support of one of the largest and most successful brokerages in the area, we are prepared to assist our clients in a time of increased non-performing loans coupled with the complexity of property management. Current clients include, AMC Mortgage Services, JP Morgan/Chase, Wachovia, Countrywide Home Loans and Fremont Bank.
We are a part of RE/MAX Real Estate Center in Foxboro MA. With the support of 5 offices and over 120 agents in the towns of Foxboro, North Attleboro , Walpole , Norwood and West Roxbury , we are prepared to meet the needs of buyer and seller alike.

Experience: Scott has 3 years experience in REO property investment, management, marketing and sales. Prior to coming to The Asset Management Division, Scott was a partner in a real estate investment group.

Responsibilities: Attending Auctions, Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s), Field Services, Utilities, Trash-outs, Contractor Bids, Winterizations/De-winterizations, Securing and Re-keying, Snow Removal, Carbon Monoxide & Smoke Detector Installation and Certification.
Experience: Rob has 12 years real estate experience, specializing in the REO market.

Experience: Alan started his career as a full time agent in 1990. His prior experience selling building materials to builders and developers has been an invaluable resource to the team in assisting buyers, sellers, asset managers and contractors.
